These plans are a recurring monthly subscription
When you subscribe, you are setting up a payment that repeats on the same day every month until you cancel it. It is not a once-off payment. You activate it yourself through a secure Paystack link, you can cancel it yourself at any time, and we will always show you what is coming off before it does.
What we refund, in plain terms
- The setup fee, if you change your mind before we start building (less processing fees and any third party costs already committed).
- Any charge after a valid cancellation, in full.
- Any billing error, in full.

Platform usage
WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, call minutes and AI are charged by the platform per unit, and we pass them through at cost with no markup added. What you use depends entirely on how much your business sends, so it cannot sit inside a fixed plan fee.
During onboarding we estimate it with you, in your own numbers, before you commit to anything.

On South African mobile numbers, so you hear it from us first
South African mobile numbers cannot be rented for a CRM. Only geographic landline numbers can, and those need a regulatory bundle with a verified local address. Any agency promising you a local mobile sender is telling you something that is not true. We will set you up properly on WhatsApp instead, which is cheaper and where your customers actually are.

- Subscription link. Once your account is live, we send your Paystack link for the monthly plan.
We never ask you for your card details
Not on this website, not on the phone, not over email, and not on any form we send you. Your card is entered only on Paystack's own secure payment page, reached through the subscription link. Paystack is PCI DSS compliant and holds that information, not us. If anyone claiming to be from ProHighLevel asks you for a card number, a CVV, or a PIN, it is not us. Report it to info@prohighlevel.co.za.

Is the monthly fee really recurring, or do I pay each month manually?
It is recurring. You activate the subscription once through a Paystack link, and Paystack collects the same amount on the same day every month until you cancel. You do not have to remember to pay, and we do not have to chase you. That is the whole point of it. What you will never get is a surprise: the amount is fixed for your plan, and anything outside it is invoiced separately and shown to you first.
Can I cancel, and how?
Yes, at any time. You cancel the subscription yourself through Paystack, which stops future collections. You also need to send us written notice at info@prohighlevel.co.za, because cancelling the payment does not by itself end the service agreement. Give us thirty days' notice before your next payment date and nothing further is collected. Cancel later than that and one more month runs, then it ends. What is and is not refundable when you do is set out in full in our refund policy.
Why is the setup fee separate from the subscription?
Because it happens once and the subscription happens forever. Bundling a once-off build cost into a recurring payment means either you overpay every month after the first, or we quietly stretch the build cost across a contract you are then locked into. Keeping them apart means your monthly figure is honestly just the monthly figure.
What does platform usage actually cost me?
It depends on what you send, which is why we will not print a single number here and pretend it applies to everyone. As a shape: a WhatsApp utility message such as an appointment reminder is a fraction of a Rand, a marketing template is roughly double that, and an SMS to a South African mobile costs six to seven times what the same SMS costs in the United States. Meta changed how it prices WhatsApp replies on 1 October 2026, so we quote your usage on the current rates during onboarding, in your own numbers, before you commit.
Do I need to be VAT registered, and is VAT added?
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price on this page. You do not need to be VAT registered to be a client.
What happens if a payment fails?
Cards expire and get replaced, so this happens. Paystack retries automatically. We will tell you in writing within three business days, and you reactivate the subscription or settle by a separate link within five business days. If it stays unpaid for fifteen days the account is suspended, though the fee keeps accruing while it is. Nothing is deleted without you being told first.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Because a subscription amount cannot be edited once it is live, moving plans means we cancel the current subscription and send you a new link at the new amount, which you activate. It takes a minute and it means you are never charged an amount you did not knowingly agree to.
Do you charge for the GoHighLevel licence on top?
Not on Automate, Elevate or Command: those plans include your GoHighLevel licence, and running it for you. On Create, you hold your own GoHighLevel account and HighLevel bills you for it directly, in US dollars, from USD 97 a month on its Starter plan (HighLevel's published price, checked October 2026). R1 499 is our fee to build and run it. On every plan, platform usage, meaning the per message and per minute charges listed above, is passed through at cost.
