You see every cost before you commit. The R5 000 setup fee, paid once, builds your account. Platform usage, meaning WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, call minutes and AI, is charged per unit by the platform and passed on at cost with no markup, on a separate monthly invoice. It depends on what you send, so we estimate it with you in rand during onboarding.

On Create you also hold your own GoHighLevel licence, which HighLevel bills to you directly in US dollars. Their Starter plan is from USD 97 a month. Automate, Elevate and Command include the licence. Extras you ask for later, such as more users or numbers, are quoted before we add them. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Your plan runs month to month and you can cancel at any time. Two steps: stop the subscription through the link in any Paystack receipt, and email info@prohighlevel.co.za, because stopping the payment does not end the service agreement on its own.

Give us 30 days' notice before your next payment date and nothing further is collected. Cancel later than that and one more month runs, then it ends. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. On Create, your GoHighLevel licence is between you and HighLevel, so you keep or cancel it with them. The refund policy sets out what is refunded when you cancel.

Typically 7 to 10 days from when your onboarding form is in, and we tell you up front if yours will take longer. The core of the form takes about 15 minutes and saves as you go.

From the day you go live you can see every customer, take bookings, and answer WhatsApp, Facebook and email from one screen. Instant replies, reminders and follow ups come with Automate, and AI replies with Elevate. Anything custom is quoted before we build it.

No. We do the building. We train the people who will use it and hand over written documentation, so nothing depends on one person's memory.

One thing to know: connecting a WhatsApp number to the system changes how that number works in the WhatsApp phone app, and on some setups it can no longer be used there at all. Many businesses keep their current number on the app and give us a second number for the system. We talk you through the choice on the call.

On Create the GoHighLevel licence is your own: HighLevel bills it to you directly. On Automate, Elevate and Command we license the account as part of your plan and run it for you.

Your data is yours on every plan. Your contacts, conversations and files belong to you. If you leave, we hand them over in a usable format, with the work we delivered and the access you need.

That depends on how a system is used, so we build POPIA in from the start. You stay the responsible party for your customers' information, and we act as your operator: we process it only on your documented instructions. Section 10 of our terms says so.

During onboarding we check consent, and we only add a contact to marketing where consent exists. For clinics, the CRM holds contact and appointment details only, never clinical records.

Yes, start with the free call. We look at what you have and tell you honestly whether to build on it or start clean, and what each would cost. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

If you change your mind before we start building, yes. Tell us in writing and we refund it, less the payment processing fee and any third party costs already committed, and we itemise those first.

Once the build has started the work exists, so it is not refundable. But if we fail to deliver what was agreed and cannot put it right, you are refunded for the part we did not deliver. The refund policy covers every case.

Your system does not keep office hours: what we build to run on its own keeps running at night and over weekends.

Through Paystack. The setup fee is a single payment on its own link. Your monthly plan is a Paystack subscription that collects the same amount on the same day each month. Usage is invoiced separately at cost. On Create, HighLevel bills your GoHighLevel licence to you directly.

Your card details only ever go into Paystack's secure checkout. We never ask for them by phone, email or form. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
